Call Center Information

The VUSD Call Center has officially closed.

The Call Center was very helpful for staff and families during the COVID pandemic. As we return to normalcy, it is time for their responsibilities to shift back to their originating departments. Below is a list of changes:

  • Please direct any questions you have to your school site first.  If they cannot assist, then please call our District's main line at 805-641-5000 and they will then forward the calls to appropriate departments.
  • If you have questions regarding technology, please email Emails will be monitored by the IT Data Team.

We're sad to see the Call Center go, but we're confident that the District can help families more readily by connecting them directly with the  departments that can directly assist them with their needs.
