Purchasing

The Purchasing Department of Ventura Unified handles all procurement services including bids, requests for proposals, contracts, and vendor services.  Purchasing through Ventura Unified is subject to State of California and California Department of Education (CDE) regulations. 

The Purchasing department utilizes government surplus auction at GovDeals.com

 

News:

Vendor registration packets for the FY2025-2026 will be due on or before May 31, 2025.  All vendors will be required to provide a new 2025 IRS W-9 form along with an updated vendor registration packet.   

All current vendor packets and service contracts will expire June 30, 2026 (except construction bids) and must be renewed for any goods or services to be purchased in the FY2025-2026 year.  

To complete your updated packet early, please complete the following form and provide an updated IRS W-9 to purchasing@venturausd.org
