The Purchasing Department of Ventura Unified handles all procurement services including bids, requests for proposals, contracts, and vendor services. Purchasing through Ventura Unified is subject to State of California and California Department of Education (CDE) regulations.

Vendor registration packets for the FY2024-2025 will be due on or before May 31, 2024. All vendors will be required to provide a new 2024 IRS W-9 form along with an updated vendor registration packet. New FY2023-2024 service contracts will also be due during this period.
All current vendor packets and service contracts will expire June 30, 2024 (except construction bids) and must be renewed for any goods or services to be purchased in the FY2024-2025 year.
