Lemon Grove School will be officially opening its doors in the Fall 2021 semester. This new TK-8 school in the heart of Ventura, was formerly the site of Blanche Reynolds Elementary.  Responding to the need of parents for a school in the mid-town area that served a TK-8 population, VUSD quickly determined that this site, nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a local park, would be the perfect location.

Lemon Grove’s staff is excited at the new possibilities bringing a 6-8 middle school program onto their campus will bring.  New construction will be underway soon to house middle school academic programing, providing the best learning environment for its learners. New facilities will include a brand new innovation lab, classroom renovations, outdoor collaborative and gathering areas, and a new playground. 

Lemon Grove School- Middle School Option

Middle school students will benefit from a smaller school setting with rigourous academic expectations and an engaging learning community.  The core team of middle school teachers ensures each student and their needs will be individually known. An honors math option will be available to the middle school students and students will have opportunities to serve in leadership roles on campus.
