How do I enroll my child in the program?

To enroll, you must complete the Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form 506 and submit it to the Indian Education Office.

We have provided a special online copy that you can download and print. It requires Adobe Acrobat, which is a program commonly installed on most computers.

Each student of American Indian descent who is enrolled in the Indian Education Program, will help generate funds to continue the following services for public school students in grades K-12 who have Indian heritage.

Students will receive free (over and beyond) regular school services including: Indian Studies with a reading program at the elementary level, counseling, career and college information about scholarships, grants and financial aides that is given especially to American Indian heritage students at the secondary level and individualized tutoring (when appropriate).  The instruction and counseling are provided during the school day at the public school site.  Our students and parents express a 99% high satisfaction level with the extra services!
