The Simbli system we use to host Board agendas and minutes is currently experiencing issues for some users, primarily those using Chrome. While the May 19 Special Board Meeting agenda has been posted to Simbli, we are also posting it below due to the ongoing technical difficulties. This agenda will remain available on this webpage until after the May 19 meeting in case the issues with Simbli continue.

Helpful Tips for Attending Board of Education Meetings

The meetings are typically  held in the Board of Education Room at the District office located at 255 W. Stanley Ave. in Ventura. When you drive into the driveway you will see signage immediately on your left that is put up 30 minutes prior to each meeting. Park in that first lot and the signs will direct you to the meeting.  However, at times for various reasons, the meeting location can differ. Please be sure you check the agenda for the meeting you are planning on attending to confirm the location site before you arrive. 

The start time of most REGULAR meetings is 5 pm for closed session and 6 pm for regular session. However, this can and does change depending on the amount of items the Board must discuss.  You must check the agenda when it is posted for the correct start times.  The start time for Special Board meetings tends to vary.
