Governing board policies, administrative procedures, regulations and bylaws are maintained online through the California School Board Association (CSBA) Gamut Online Service.  The Governing Board of the Ventura Unified School District reviews and approves updated policies, procedures, regulations and bylaws as needed.  These updated policies are then forwarded to CSBA for posting.  Therefore, any given policy, etc., could be  out-of-date and may not be the most current version.
