Recycling Program

Open Classroom is resuming our recycling program that was started last year.   Please bring in your recyclable items that are labeled with "CRV" or "CA CASH REFUND" (generally soda, juice, water, energy and beer containers).   Please do not bring in items such as milk, soap, peanut butter or yogurt containers as these are not part of the program.   Items should be placed in or near the recycling bin in room 18.  Proceeds from the recycling program benefit the 4th/5th grades biannual trip.

KLEAN KANTEEN FUNDRAISER

Please check out the "Klean Kanteens" available through Open Classroom.   These are stainless steel drinking bottles that do not leach.   They are machine washable and help protect our enviornment by displacing plastic water bottles. Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support the 7th-8th grade trip to Washington DC next year.
