Spring / 2012 Hello, Sports fans! All is going extremely well with Cabrillo’s lunchtime sporting program. We have had around 520 student participants involved in our first three sporting events: football, volleyball and soccer. The 3rd quarter soccer champions are: (The Hotties With Soccer Bodies) Evan Askar, Natalie Cooper,Bradley Crowley, Clare Doyel, Jared May, Marina Miller, Justin Redeman, and Emma Wright. The 4th quarter intramural sport will be basketball. We conclude the year with our annual pizza party in late May or early June. All participants of the intramuralprogram are invited to a free pizza party. All PTO members or parent volunteers that would like toassist with this special day please contact Karl Mahler at 641-5155 ext. 2090. FLAG FOOTBALL RESULTS Congratulations to this year’s football champions Penn State. Team members are Jacob Bravo, Hannah Burke, Alysa Elliott, Aubrey Knight, Luke Orona, Connor Rucker, Sammy Slater, and Rico Stubbs. They defeated the Sugar Coated Gummy Bears 14-7 before the break. (Mr. Mahler)
