ACCELERATED READER
Congratulations to the Top Ten readers for Accelerated Reader for the first quarter: Ryan Lin, Mario Solis, Rowan Tanner, Hayley Kong, Paikea Aguilar, Mary Mendoza, Nathan Staples, Daniel Simmons, Teagan Walsh and Madeline Offerman! Seventh graders are ahead in the top ten with 698 points, followed by 6th graders at 390 points. The Top Reader earned 181.6 points 8 weeks, with an average book worth 7 points. RECYCLING REMINDER
The Cabrillo library can help you recycle.  Bring in your used cartridges, cell phones and now used unwanted DVDs. We'll recycle them and use the money to buy library books. (Mrs. Hofflund)
